On Saturdays during the school year, and on weekdays during summer. If it's a useful skill, wild exploration, or cool experience having to do with writing or storytelling, it's probably a Fearless Ideas Workshop!

SPRING BREAK CREATIVE REFRESH: A FIELD OF NEW IDEAS! April 15th-17th, 2025
Join The Bureau of Fearless Ideas as we partner with the Greenwood Branch Library for a Spring Break refresh of creativity! In this workshop we’ll discover new ideas in the field of imagination and work together while we explore ways of finding inspiration for stories and poems. We’ll practice setting creativity in motion through writing games and other creative “starts” to help us grow new and big ideas!

In The School year:

Weekend Workshops are held most Saturdays (except for holidays and the occasional break). Weekday Workshops vary in day of the week.

Workshops are held at our Greenwood Location (with the occasional exception).

Weekend Workshops are typically two to three hours per session.

Weekend Workshops may be one day or run for two or more Saturdays in a row.

Each new season brings new and exciting workshops, so check back often!

Summer Workshops happen on Weekdays (except for holidays).

Summer Weekday Workshops happen at BOTH our Greenwood & Yesler Locations (excursions often meet-up at a trailhead, ferry terminal, or particular location).

Summer Weekday Workshops are typically two-four hours per session (some go all day).

Summer Weekday Workshops may run multiple days in a row, or run the same day of the week for multiple weeks.

New Summer Workshops are introduced each year.
