Radio Writing: Are You On My Wavelength?
by / Feb 25, 2015
During this three-part workshop, students journeyed back to the golden age of radio, where lively announcers told stories with an army of sound effects at their disposal. With the help of workshop leader and fearless BFI field agent, Troy Diggs, put together stories to be read in front of an audience, and came up with creative ways to draw listeners in through voice techniques and do-it-yourself sounds.
Below, we've embedded a special project called a Sway, created with help from Brick Maier. Scroll through, listen, read and get to know how our radio writing workshop went, or CLICK HERE to view the Sway in a new tab.
